2019 China's Xinjiang Kashsi Road Culture Winter and Spring Clothing Festival is a professional clothing exhibition held in the context of the normalization of Kashgar society. The clothing festival has set up 12 special booths in the county and city. 210 textile and garment enterprises from all over the country participated in the exhibition. All counties and cities have selected all kinds of clothing, shoes, hats, gloves, socks, bedding, knitted embroidery products and garments. More than 15,000 pieces (sets) of more than 180 varieties of 13 categories including surface accessories and handicrafts were exhibited. The models exhibited were all trained by the counties and cities, and a large number of models were local farmers and enterprise workers. The various types of clothing displayed by the models are also designed and produced by local companies.


In recent years, Kashgar has introduced a number of strong textile and garment enterprises in the inland and eastern coastal areas. At present, there are more than 460 textile and garment enterprises in the region, attracting more than 73,000 employed people. The production range covers more than 180 varieties of 13 categories including cotton spinning, household textiles, clothing and industrial textiles, with an annual output of more than 700 million pieces of clothing. The output value exceeds 6.3 billion yuan, and some products are exported to overseas markets. The textile and garment industry is labor intensive and has a large employment capacity. It has made important contributions to poverty alleviation, increasing people's income, and maintaining social stability. It has become an important pillar industry in Kashgar.

This winter and spring clothing festival is both a demonstration and an order fair. It is reported that from the opening ceremony to the 26th, the fashion model catwalks and boutique costumes carefully arranged by the counties and cities will be displayed in a concentrated manner. In the meantime, a batch of local uniforms, tooling orders and large additional clothing orders will be signed at the conference. The opening ceremony of the establishment of the Regional Textile and Apparel Association will also be held.
